What a letdown! I almost gave a good review, but then i noticed the air-conditioning barely worked, and how unhelpful the staff were when i asked for a kettle in the room. I really expected great service. I just couldn't recommend this place.

I appreciated its spotlessly clean and very specious rooms.
the breakfast was gorgeous with hot polish sausages and tasty omelettes cooked to order and cheeses, helpful service. the room was kept spotlessly clean and available with a free coffee machine.

Krakow is a joy 🇵🇱
Location was super, just a quick stroll to the main square and lots of nice restaurants down the road. The shower was amazing, hot water galore! Brekkie was lekker with plenty to choose from.
Could've done with a kettle in the room for early morning coffee, but the free coffee area made up for it.

Perfect placement - in the very center of Krakow but in a quiet street, very attentive personnel, nice jacuzzi, fine breakfast. We had a double room with air conditioning under mansard roof and enjoyed it - a lot of space, good bathroom equipment....
