Fixed windows in some rooms limit fresh air!!! The absence of a kettle in rooms is downright inconvenient!!! Insufficient attention to environmental policies could use improvement!!!

what a letdown! i almost gave a good review, but then i noticed the air-conditioning barely worked, and how unhelpful the staff were when i asked for a kettle in the room. i really expected top-notch service. also, if you want breakfast, good luck finding a place to sit! i just couldn’t recommend this place.

Location was super, just a quick stroll to the main square and lots of nice restaurants down the road. The shower was amazing, hot water galore! brekkie was lekker with plenty to choose from.

Could've done with a kettle in the room for early morning coffee, but the free coffee area made up for it.

the staff were always courteous, and the spa facilities were a great touch.

Oh, where do I start? The Colombian coffee at breakfast was a game-changer, making mornings feel like a hug in a mug! And the location? Just a hop to Pod Aniolami for the yummiest Polish cuisine and a quick sprint to 77 Sushi to satisfy those sushi...  

Perfect balance of comfort and charm

My stay was remarkable, with a spacious double room that beautifully maintained the classic look while still feeling fresh. The complimentary drinks in the Orangerie were such a nice touch, as was the exquisite breakfast that included freshly made hot dishes along with a rich variety of pastries and cold cuts. having the main square just a short stroll away made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. If I had to suggest one thing for improvement, it would be to have more staff available during the busier breakfast hours.

The hotel is situated in the heart of Old Town Krakow, making it an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions like the castle and local restaurants. The staff was professional and helpful, particularly when I needed to navigate...

Breakfast featured delicious gluten-free options, and the quiet atmosphere in the mornings was a refreshing start to each day. the room could use an electric kettle for early coffee cravings, and the breakfast room felt a bit cramped during peak hours. check-in and check-out times could be more accommodating, as the mid-day check-out feels slightly rushed.

Lovely location just a few minutes from the main square with many great restaurants nearby. The breakfast options could be improved—more variety would be nice. Easy access to local culture tours was a bonus. The room had a coffee machine, but no kettle for tea. a nice stay.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a lost jewel, which I cherish. I genuinely recommend their warm hospitality....
